4、柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組長(zhǎng)時(shí)間作業(yè),機(jī)內(nèi)溫度高,停機(jī)后當(dāng)即放掉高溫水。會(huì)導(dǎo)致高溫零件驟遇冷空氣而開裂。

5、運(yùn)用減壓機(jī)停機(jī),使高溫的氣缸蓋俄然遇到酷寒空氣而導(dǎo)致開裂。

汽缸開裂的原因:

1、起動(dòng)柴油機(jī)前,應(yīng)先給水箱參加溫?zé)崴瑖?yán)冬天節(jié)要灌注熱水2~3次,待放水閥中流出的水約30~50℃時(shí)起動(dòng)為佳。

2、柴油機(jī)作業(yè)時(shí)辰較長(zhǎng)時(shí),停機(jī)后應(yīng)等候半個(gè)小時(shí)左右,機(jī)溫下降到40~50℃時(shí)再放冷卻水。放完水后最好用細(xì)鐵絲捅通放水閥開關(guān),避免沉淀物阻塞放水閥。

3、康明斯柴油發(fā)電機(jī)作業(yè)過熱嚴(yán)厲缺水時(shí),應(yīng)讓柴油機(jī)低速空轉(zhuǎn)10~15分鐘,然后再逐步參加冷卻水。

Reasons for cylinder cracking:

1. Before starting the diesel engine, the water tank should be filled with warm water. In severe winter weather, hot water should be poured 2-3 times. It is best to start when the water flowing out of the drain valve is about 30-50 ℃.

2. When the diesel engine operates for a long time, wait for about half an hour after shutdown, and then release the cooling water when the engine temperature drops to 40-50 ℃. After draining, it is best to poke the drain valve switch with a thin wire to avoid sediment blocking the drain valve.

3. When the operation of Cummins diesel generators is overheated and severely lacking in water, the diesel engine should be allowed to idle at low speed for 10-15 minutes before gradually adding cooling water
