柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組開機(jī)運(yùn)行前的準(zhǔn)備工作有如下幾點(diǎn):
1、將附著柴油發(fā)電機(jī)的水跡、油跡和鐵繡等雜物清除干凈。
2、對發(fā)電機(jī)組各裝置全面巡視一遍,檢查各連接、緊固和操縱部分是否都已裝接牢固妥當(dāng),串透式減震器(即緊固螺栓穿過底腳減震墊及底架)的螺母不得擰得過緊(即該螺母旋至與底腳剛接觸的位置為止,此時兩個螺母必須相互鎖緊,以防松脫),否則會使減震失效。
3、檢查油箱內(nèi)燃油儲存量是否滿足需要。
4、檢查柴油機(jī)油底殼及噴油泵、調(diào)速器內(nèi)的機(jī)油量是否足夠。
5、向水箱(即散熱器)注滿冷卻永。
6、檢查所有電氣部分,各接點(diǎn)應(yīng)牢固正確,自動空氣開關(guān)應(yīng)處在“斷開”位置,檢查蓄電池能否正常工作,并注意啟動系統(tǒng)一般為負(fù)極搭鐵。
7、柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組間斷一段時間再運(yùn)行時,必須先用500V兆歐表測量發(fā)電機(jī)各繞組和控制系統(tǒng)對地的絕緣電阻,常溫下應(yīng)不低于2兆歐,若絕緣電阻低于上述數(shù)值,必須進(jìn)行干燥處理。
The preparation work before starting the diesel generator set is as follows:
1. Clean up any water stains, oil stains, iron rust, and other debris attached to the diesel generator.
2. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components of the generator set to ensure that all connections, fasteners, and control parts are securely and properly installed. The nuts of the through type shock absorber (i.e., the fastening bolts that pass through the foot cushion and chassis) must not be tightened too tightly (i.e., the nuts must be tightened until they just come into contact with the foot, at which point the two nuts must be locked together to prevent loosening), otherwise it will cause the shock absorber to fail.
3. Check if the fuel storage capacity in the fuel tank meets the requirements.
4. Check whether the oil level in the diesel engine oil pan, fuel injection pump, and governor is sufficient.
5. Fill the radiator with cooling fluid.
6. Check all electrical components and ensure that all contacts are secure and correct. The automatic air switch should be in the "off" position. Check if the battery is working properly and note that the starting system is generally grounded to the negative pole.
7. When the diesel generator set is interrupted for a period of time before operation, a 500V megohmmeter must be used to measure the insulation resistance of each winding and control system of the generator to ground. At room temperature, the insulation resistance should not be less than 2 megohms. If the insulation resistance is lower than the above value, drying treatment must be carried out.
