柴油發(fā)電機組油霧保護系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點:
該保護裝置的快速性、靈敏性無可厚非,但經(jīng)過幾年的運行檢修發(fā)現(xiàn),由于外界或裝置自身的原因,使得其選擇性和可靠性大大降低。比如由于潤滑油冷卻器的泄漏(水進入并污染了潤滑油),油霧探測器將會感受到由于水份的增加而引起的不透明度的增加,繼而發(fā)生跳機。油霧探測器的電子元件屬于高精度元件,但因其安裝在柴油機本體上,溫度高、振動大,工作環(huán)境極為惡劣,由此使得電子元件的老化加劇,產(chǎn)生溫度漂移,跳機的靈敏度增加,誤動率也增加。而且該保護有時出現(xiàn)指示燈全無指示,使得保護經(jīng)常處于脫離狀態(tài)等。頻繁的保護誤動及保護的無法就緒,不僅會造成因甩負荷而引起的材質疲勞,壽命縮短,而且會使生產(chǎn)人員產(chǎn)生麻痹心理,認為該裝置不可靠,是誤動,這樣大大限制并誤導了生產(chǎn)人員的思維,而在真正出現(xiàn)“高油霧”時就會發(fā)生事故。

The electronic components of the oil mist detector belong to high-precision components, but due to its installation on the diesel engine body, the temperature is high, the vibration is large, and the working environment is extremely harsh, which exacerbates the aging of the electronic components, generates temperature drift, increases the sensitivity of engine tripping, and increases the false alarm rate. And sometimes the indicator light of the protection is completely off, causing the protection to frequently be in a disengaged state. Frequent protection misoperation and inability to prepare protection not only cause material fatigue and shortened lifespan due to load shedding, but also create a paralyzing mentality among production personnel, thinking that the device is unreliable and is misoperated. This greatly limits and misleads the thinking of production personnel, and accidents can occur when "high oil mist" actually occurs.
