柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)前要加注冷卻液。加注時(shí),應(yīng)翻開(kāi)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)上部冷卻體系的放氣閥門(mén),緩慢地將冷卻液從散熱水箱的加水口加入到發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中,直至沒(méi)有氣泡再?gòu)姆艢忾y門(mén)中排出停止。冷卻液應(yīng)加注至散熱水箱加水口頸部下方,不宜過(guò)滿(mǎn)。加注結(jié)束后,將放氣閥門(mén)封閉,并將水濾器裝置座上的截門(mén)翻開(kāi),以便DCA4添加劑能夠混合進(jìn)入冷卻體系中。冷卻體系所用冷卻液主要應(yīng)由純凈水、防凍液及DCA4添加劑3種成分構(gòu)成,每升冷卻液含50%的純凈水、50%的防凍液和0.5單位的DCA4添加劑。配好的冷卻液一年四季均可運(yùn)用,而且能夠接連運(yùn)用兩年。
純凈水因?yàn)榻?jīng)過(guò)凈化,因而可避免形成水垢發(fā)電機(jī)組防凍液系指工業(yè)用的乙烯乙二醇或丙烯乙二醇,能夠下降水的冰點(diǎn)及進(jìn)步水的沸點(diǎn)。防凍液的濃度應(yīng)為40%。68%,濃度過(guò)高或過(guò)低均會(huì)影響冷卻液的防凍能力。在大多數(shù)氣候條件下,引薦運(yùn)用的防凍液濃度為50%,此刻冷卻液的冰點(diǎn)可達(dá)—33cC。DCA4添加劑可在水體系內(nèi)外表形成一層保護(hù)膜,以避免缸套和機(jī)體發(fā)生穴蝕及阻撓沉淀物堆積??得魉?span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Calibri;">C系列以上的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)都安有水濾器,水濾器除了有過(guò)濾介質(zhì)外,內(nèi)部還含有DCA4添加劑。DCA4添加劑的濃度通常要求堅(jiān)持為每升水中含有0.32~0.79單位,能夠經(jīng)過(guò)DCA4檢測(cè)包來(lái)檢測(cè)。

Antifreeze for power generation units refers to industrial ethylene glycol or propylene glycol, which can lower the freezing point of water and increase the boiling point of water. The concentration of antifreeze should be 40%. 68%, high or low concentration will affect the antifreeze ability of the coolant. In most climatic conditions, the recommended concentration of antifreeze is 50%, and the freezing point of the coolant can reach -33cC at this moment. DCA4 additive can form a protective film on the inner and outer surfaces of the water system to prevent cavitation and hinder sediment accumulation in the cylinder liner and body. Cummins C-series and above engines are equipped with water filters, which not only contain filtering media but also DCA4 additives inside. The concentration of DCA4 additive is usually required to be 0.32-0.79 units per liter of water, which can be detected by the DCA4 detection kit.
